Enforcement Procedure
If, after a request for accessible information or a complaint, it is dismissed, the decision is disagreed with, or the response does not meet the requirements of Article 12.5, the interested party may file a claim. Similarly, a claim may be filed if the twenty-working-day period has passed without receiving a response. Claims may be submitted via the Generic Instance at the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as through other options included in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Claims will be received and processed by the General Subdirectorate for Service Inspection of the Ministry.Optional Content
